Get the PlayinMatch App
Android installs the app file. iPhone saves the sportsbook to the home screen. One PlayinMatch ID signs in on both.

PlayinMatch App Download — Two Taps on Android, a Bookmark Trick on iPhone
PlayinMatch app download works two ways. On Android, tap Download for Android, allow your browser to install the file, then tap Install and Open. On an iPhone, open PlayinMatch in Safari and use Share, Add to Home Screen. Either way you sign in with the same PlayinMatch ID, balance and bet history.
The app is the same PlayinMatch sportsbook you know from the browser: Exch, Sports, Home, In-Play and Account along the bottom, Live-Casino and Slots among the top tabs. What differs is how it reaches your phone, and what the phone wants to know before it lets the app in.
PlayinMatch App Download on Android and iPhone, Side by Side
Android and iPhone get PlayinMatch in different ways, and it helps to know which one you are doing before you start tapping. Android installs a real app from a file. The iPhone saves the PlayinMatch sportsbook as a home-screen icon that opens like an app. Both sign in with the same ID. Neither costs anything.
Android: Installing the PlayinMatch App File
- Tap Download for Android. Use the button beside the phone frame at the top of this page and let the PlayinMatch file finish downloading before you touch it.
- Open the finished download. Pull down the notification shade and tap the PlayinMatch download, or open the Files app and look in Downloads.
- Let that browser install apps. Android asks once, for the app that downloaded the file; tap Settings, switch the permission on and come back.
- Install, then open PlayinMatch. Tap Install, wait for it to finish, tap Open, and the PlayinMatch sign-in screen appears.
Those are the two taps from the heading, Install and Open, once the permission is out of the way. The very first time takes a little longer becuase of that one prompt. If the prompt never appears at all, the permission was probably granted during an earlier install and Android is remembering it.
iPhone: Adding PlayinMatch to the Home Screen
- Open Safari. Load the PlayinMatch sportsbook from the Add to iPhone Home Screen button above. Chrome on newer iPhones may show a similar option, but Safari is where it is easiest to find.
- Tap Share. It is the square with an upward arrow, in the bottom bar on an iPhone and at the top on an iPad.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll the share sheet down if you cannot see it, keep the name as PlayinMatch, and tap Add.
- Open the new icon. It starts with the PlayinMatch sign-in, and you use your usual ID.
Nothing downloads, so there is nothing to update later. The icon opens the address you saved, so add it again if that address is ever blocked.
Which one should you pick if the household has both kinds of phone? The Android app is slightly more comfortable on match nights, mostly because it keeps you signed in and opens straight onto the PlayinMatch Home tab. The iPhone shortcut is lighter and never involves a a file. Moving between the two changes nothing about the account, since the balance, open bets and history all stay with the sportsbook rather than on the handset.
If you only want the Android file itself, with the old-version and Uptodown questions sorted out, the PlayinMatch APK file guide covers that side in depth. And if neither install suits you, the PlayinMatch login page works in any mobile browser with nothing installed.

PlayinMatch App Permissions: What It Asks For and What You Can Refuse
A screen full of permission requests puts poeple off, and fair enough. The PlayinMatch app asks for very little, and part of what Android shows during the install is Android's own business rather than the app's. We cannot promise which prompts a particular build shows on every phone model, so the table sticks to the ones you are likely to meet and says plainly where refusing is fine.
| Permission | Why it appears | Can you refuse? |
|---|---|---|
| Install unknown apps | Android's gate for any app file from outside a store. It is granted to Chrome or Files, the app that downloaded PlayinMatch, not to PlayinMatch itself. | Not if you want the install. Switch it off again straight afterwards if you like. |
| Notifications | Newer Android versions make every app ask before it can post alerts, so a PlayinMatch build that sends alerts will ask on first launch. | Yes. The app works without them; you simply check your bets yourself. |
| Internet access | Needed to load odds, tables and your balance. Android grants it without showing any prompt. | There is nothing to refuse. |
| Photos and files | Only relevant if you attach KYC documents from inside the app. | Yes, until the day you actually need to attach something. |
| Camera | Only if a KYC screen gives the option of taking a photo directly. | Yes. Picking an existing photo is the other route. |
| Contacts or call logs | A sportsbook app has no reason to read these for betting or sign-in. | Refuse. If a file asks for them, check it really came from the official PlayinMatch link. |
None of these choices is permanent. Long-press the PlayinMatch icon, open App info, then Permissions, and switch anything on or off whenever you want. Refusing notifications today and allowing them before an IPL final is completely normal, and so is the reverse once the season ends and you would rather the phone stayed quiet.
For any prompt not in the table, ask whether a sportsbook needs it to show you odds, take a deposit through the cashier or check your KYC — and if the answer is no, the PlayinMatch app should run perfectly well with that permission refused, whatever the dialog makes it sound like. Your call, entirely.
PlayinMatch Live App: In-Play Markets and Live-Casino in One Install
Search for the PlayinMatch live app and you end up at the same download as everyone else. People call it the live app because so much of what it does happens while matches are actually running.
Open Exchange – InPlay during an evening T20 and the prices on screen are offers from other users, shifting with almost every delivery. Sportsbook – InPlay sits beside it with odds the book sets itself. MultiMarket, another of the top tabs, keeps several of those live markets on one PlayinMatch screen, so you are not hopping between matches when two games overlap. On Home, the Live Sports tile keeps a running count for cricket, soccer and tennis, and those numbers move all day — they tend to climb when the European football starts and thin out again in the small hours.
The casino half is live in a different sense. Live-Casino streams real dealers from studios including Evolution and Ezugi, so Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Roulette rounds run on their own clock whether you sit down or not. Those video streams use a lot more mobile data than the exchange screens — worth remembering if you watch a table on the bus home to save a few rupees of data. The guide to the live dealer studios of play in match casino covers them one by one.
One practical detail. If you mostly trade on the exchange and rarely open a dealer table, the PlayinMatch live app is light on data during a match, but the moment you open a Teen Patti or Roulette stream it starts behaving like a video app, and a daily mobile pack drains accordingly.
For sport-by-sport detail, including what the in-play screen shows while a market is suspended, see the PlayinMatch online live sports page. Here the only point that matters is that the PlayinMatch app download you just did already covers all of it. No live edition, no add-on.
PlayinMatch App First Launch: What Each Bottom Tab Opens
After the first sign-in the PlayinMatch app opens on Home. Five tabs run along the bottom of the screen, and an evening with the app is enough to learn them. The order along that bar is the same in the app and on the phone site, which helps if you switch between the two.
The PlayinMatch Exch Tab
The exchange. Cricket and soccer markets where you back an outcome or lay it against another user, with Match Odds leading each fixture. On IPL nights most of the action in the PlayinMatch app happens here.
The PlayinMatch Sports Tab
The sportsbook side, with fixed odds from the book on cricket, soccer, tennis and horse racing. Easier to read if you are new, because each outcome has a single price.
The PlayinMatch Home Tab
Where the app opens: the Live Sports tile with its counts, lobby tiles for games such as Teen Patti and Aviator, and whatever promotions the sportsbook is running at the time.
The PlayinMatch In-Play Tab
Only what is running right now, across every sport. Useful when you open the app halfway through a match and want the live market without scrolling past tomorrow's fixtures.
The PlayinMatch Account Tab
The cashier for deposits and withdrawals, bet history, profile details, the KYC section and Log Out. If other people use the same phone, log out from here when you finish.
If a tab looks thin on the very first launch, check the clock before blaming the app. In the small hours India time there may just be very little in play, and the PlayinMatch In-Play tab only lists what is live.
Give Home and Exch your first few minutes. Leave In-Play for a match that has already started, because a tab that lists only live markets saves the most scrolling when you open the PlayinMatch app halfway through a chase and want the price now rather than after a hunt through fixtures that begin tomorrow.
PlayinMatch Com Mobile Download: Getting the App From the Phone Site
Plenty of people meet PlayinMatch first as com mobile — the phone version of the sportsbook, opened in a browser — and only look for the app later. The PlayinMatch com mobile download is the same app file described above. The phone site simply carries its own download link, so you can start the install from there instead of from a separate page.
The address matters. Betting domains get blocked in India, so the phone site moves between addresses such as playinmatch.com, playinmatch99.com, playinmatch.app and playinmatch.net, and the same PlayinMatch ID signs in on each of them. Start the download from whichever one opens for you today. A download begun on an address that stops loading halfway through leaves you with a broken file, which then fails to install for reasons that look mysterious but are not.
Already comfortable on com mobile? Then you do not have to install anything. The page on where the PlayinMatch com mobile site lives today keeps the address side covered, and some players never touch the app at all. Others install it on the night of a big final, when a signed-in icon feels quicker than typing an address with the toss minutes away.
There is another reason the phone site often comes first. When a friend sends a PlayinMatch link in the middle of a match, it opens in the browser, the sign-in works straight away, and the app download can wait until the innings break or the next morning — whichever arrives first.
PlayinMatch App Not Installing? Answers to the Usual Hold-Ups
The Android install goes wrong in a handful of predictable ways. These are the hold-ups that come up with the PlayinMatch app download itself, each with the fix that normally settles it. Problems with the file (parse errors, clashing old builds) are in the PlayinMatch APK error fixes instead. Once you know which hold-up you have hit, most of them take moments to clear — and none of them touches your account, which sits with the sportsbook the whole time the phone is sorting itself out.
The PlayinMatch download finished, so where did the file go?
Pull down the notification shade first, since a finished download usually waits there for a while. If it has gone, open the Files app, then Downloads, and sort by date. On Samsung phones that app is called My Files. The PlayinMatch file will be at or near the top.
Why won't the Install button respond when I tap it?
On some phones a screen overlay blocks it. Chat bubbles, screen-dimmer apps and floating video players can sit on top of the install dialog, and Android disables Install while they do. Close the bubble or pause the dimmer, then open the PlayinMatch file again.
Karthik in Madurai spent a good twenty minutes convinced his new phone was faulty because Install did nothing. The culprit was a floating chat bubble parked right over the dialog. He dismissed it, and the PlayinMatch app installed almost before he had put the kettle back down.
Play Protect calls the PlayinMatch app unrecognised. Is that a problem?
It is the standard message for any app that did not come from the Play Store. If the file came from the official PlayinMatch link, open the details on the warning and choose the install option. If it came from a group chat or a mirror site, stop there and download it again from the official link.
The app installed but only shows a spinner. What now?
Most likely the address the app was pointing at has been blocked. Delete the PlayinMatch app, open whichever PlayinMatch address works today, download the app again from there and sign in. Your balance and bets stay safe with the sportsbook the whole time — only the app on the phone was stuck.
The OTP for my first sign-in in the PlayinMatch app is not arriving.
Let the resend timer run out, then tap Resend OTP. Check the number too, because one wrong digit sends the six-digit code to somebody else's phone. If it still does not come, sign in with your PlayinMatch username and password instead and ask support about the OTP afterwards.
The Add to Home Screen option was missing on my iPhone.
You were probably in a browser that tucks it away. Open the same PlayinMatch address in Safari, tap Share, and scroll down the share sheet; Add to Home Screen sits among the actions listed there.
Can I install the PlayinMatch app on an Android tablet?
Yes. The same file installs on an Android tablet the way it does on a phone, and the unknown-apps prompt looks the same. The PlayinMatch screens should simply stretch to the larger display, with the Exch tab and the Account cashier where you would expect them.
If none of this fits, the PlayinMatch support desk answers around the clock through the chat button. Send a screenshot of whatever the phone is showing, along with the phone model, and they can usually tell which of the above it is.
One PlayinMatch App Install Across Two Phones or After a Reset
Your PlayinMatch ID is not tied to a handset. Install the app on a second Android phone, or add the home-screen icon on an iPhone, sign in, and the same balance, open bets and history show up. Nothing has to be moved across.
A factory reset or a brand-new phone works the same way. The app disappears with the old phone's data; the account does not. Download the PlayinMatch app again, allow the install once more (the permission resets as well), and sign in. If you originally joined with Google or Facebook, use that same button — accidentally creating a second account is about the only real mistake available here.
Being signed in on two phones at the same moment is a separate matter. Whether parallel sessions are allowed is the sportsbook's own rule, so if one phone logs you out when the other signs in, the account is doing what it was set up to do. The Rules and Regulations document in the official PlayinMatch footer is the place to check limits like that.
Passing an old phone on to someone in the family? Log out of PlayinMatch from the Account tab first and then uninstall the app, so the next person does not open it and find your balance and bet history sitting right there on the Home screen.
PlayinMatch App Update Prompts and What Carries Over
On Android, a new build announces itself in one of two ways. Either the PlayinMatch app shows an update prompt, or the old build quietly stops cooperating. The fix is the same for both: a fresh PlayinMatch app download from the official link, installed over the top of what you have. Android normally keeps an app's saved data through an update, so you usually land back on Home still signed in.
Everything that matters carries over, because the balance, open bets, settled history and KYC status all live with the sportsbook. What might not survive is the small stuff on the phone itself, like a remembered username or the notification choice you made on first launch. If you ever wonder whether an update wiped anything important, sign in, open the Account tab, compare the bet history with what you remember placing, and it will all be where you left it.
iPhone users skip this whole section, more or less. The home-screen icon is a saved PlayinMatch address, so tapping it shows whatever the site looks like that day. The only upkeep is adding it again if that address gets blocked.
How do you tell a genuine prompt from a fake one? A real update notice appears inside the PlayinMatch app after you sign in, and it leads back to the official download. A text message with a link, or a pop-up on some unrelated website, is not how PlayinMatch updates arrive.
A short job, whenever it comes up.
PlayinMatch App Download Questions From Android and iPhone Users
How do I download the PlayinMatch app on Android?
Tap Download for Android on this page, save the PlayinMatch file, then open it from your notifications or the Downloads folder. Allow your browser to install unknown apps when Android asks, tap Install, and open the app. Sign in with your PlayinMatch username and password, a phone OTP or Google.
Is the PlayinMatch app on the Google Play Store?
We did not find an official PlayinMatch listing on the Google Play Store. The Android app comes from the sportsbook's own download link, which is why your phone asks for install permission first. Be wary of any Play Store app that only borrows the PlayinMatch name and logo.
Can I download the PlayinMatch app on an iPhone?
Not as an app file, because the PlayinMatch download for phones is an Android APK. On an iPhone, open the PlayinMatch sportsbook in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. The new icon opens the same sign-in, Exch, Sports and In-Play screens with your usual PlayinMatch ID.
What is the PlayinMatch live app?
The PlayinMatch live app is the normal PlayinMatch app, named for its in-play side. One install gives you Exchange and Sportsbook in-play markets, the Live Sports counts for cricket, soccer and tennis, and Live-Casino tables from studios such as Evolution and Ezugi. No second download is needed.
Why is the PlayinMatch app not installing?
Usually the browser that downloaded the file has not been allowed to install unknown apps, or the download stopped before it finished. Switch the permission on, download the PlayinMatch file again from the official link and retry. If an older PlayinMatch build is already on the phone, uninstall it first.
PlayinMatch App Download Terms in Plain Words
PlayinMatch App Download, Install and Live App
A playinmatch app download and a playinmatch download mean the same thing to most people: getting the PlayinMatch sportsbook onto a phone. On Android that is a playinmatch install from the official file, with one permission prompt along the way; on an iPhone it is the Safari home-screen icon, which never needs updating. The playinmatch live app is that same install, named for its in-play markets and live dealer tables, and a play in match download or playin match app search leads to the identical file. People type the brand as playinmatch, play in match or playin match, and all three reach one account.
The APK File, Browser and Login Routes
If you want the file in detail, playinmatch apk and play in match apk questions, including the playinmatch app download apk old version search, sit on the APK guide. Want no install at all? Sign-in help covers play in match login, playinmatch com mobile login and the older playinmatch 365 login, while the playinmatch com mobile page tracks the working address for the phone site.
More of the PlayinMatch Cluster Inside the App
